Privacy Policy

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Notice is issued to all our immediate and/or prospective customers, suppliers and employees pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 which came into effect on 15th November 2013.

1. Collection of Personal Data

In the course of your dealings with Our Company and/or any of its subsidiaries ("Our Group"), we will request that you provide data and information about yourself ("Personal Data") to enable us to enter into commercial transaction with you or to deliver the necessary notices, services and/or products in connection with our business or to enter into employment arrangement.

By providing your personal data or other information to Our Group or continuing to deal with us or entering into transactions with us, you would be accepting and consenting to the processing of the personal data or other information by us.

2. Personal Data

Such Personal Data may include but not limited to information concerning your name, date of birth, identity card number, passport number, address, gender, race, nationality, contact information, e-mail address, residential or postal addresses, your current or previous vocations, banking information, tax file identification number, EPF number, SOCSO number, and criminal history where permitted by applicable law.

3. Purpose of Collection of Personal Data

The Personal Data will be collected, processed and used by us for the following purposes:

  1. the delivery of notices, services or products and the marketing of such services or products whether present or future, to you;
  2. in order for you to enter into the necessary agreement and/or contract to purchase the products and/or properties from us;
  3. the maintenance and upkeep of customer records and development;
  4. marketing and client profiling activities regarding our latest projects, products and/or services;
  5. preparation and execution of all necessary documents and agreements for our projects, products and/or services;
  6. credit assessments, financial and background investigation as and when deemed necessary;
  7. our internal record keeping;
  8. prevention of crime (including but not limited to fraud and money-laundering);
  9. meeting any legal or regulatory requirements relating to our provision of services and products;
  10. vacant possession, keys handover, property/estate management, customer care and/or defect rectification works;
  11. post vacant possession services, such as club house services, security and customer loyalty card programmes; and
  12. any subsequent commercial transactions in relation to any projects, products and/or services.

4. Source of Personal Data

The Personal Data collected, processed and used by us are sourced from wholly legitimate and transparent sources, including:

  1. agreements and contracts for sale and purchase of our properties or for our services;
  2. official registration forms (either electronic or printed) for new launches or property roadshows;
  3. any emails or correspondences that we have received from you;
  4. any forms that you have submitted on our website; and
  5. business cards that were dropped or given to our employees, agents, brokers or associates.

5. Retention of Personal Data

Any Personal Data supplied by you will be retained by Our Group as long as it is necessary and expedient for the fulfilment of the purposes stated above.

6. Rights of Access and Correction

You have the right to request access to and, if required, correction of your Personal Data in our records. You may make such a request by contacting us through our official channels.

7. Disclosure of Personal Data

The Personal Data provided to us will be kept confidential. We will seek your agreement and consent to disclose your Personal Data only to relevant government agencies, statutory authorities, related companies, business partners, auditors, consultants, and third-party service providers as may be necessary in connection with our business.

8. Protection of Personal Data

Your Personal Data will be kept and processed in a secured manner. Appropriate administrative and security safeguards, policies and procedures will be implemented in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to prevent any unauthorized access, unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage to your Personal Data.

9. Consequences of Refusal / Failure to Provide Personal Data

The Personal Data provided to us are wholly voluntary in nature. However, failure to provide the required Personal Data may result in our inability to formalize any contract or agreement, provide requested services, or comply with applicable laws.

10. Language

In accordance to Section 7(3) Personal Data Protection Act 2010, this Notice is issued in both Bahasa Malaysia and English languages. In the event of any inconsistency, the English language version shall prevail.

11. Changes to this Notice

Our Group may revise this Notice as and when needed. The revised Notice will be communicated via Our Group's website and/or other suitable means of communication.
